Twills Clothing Pvt Ltd in Vijayawada is seeking a seasoned Warehouse Operations Head to lead end-to-end warehouse activities, including inbound, storage, picking, packing and dispatch. You will drive inventory accuracy, supervise multiple teams, and optimize processes using Genisys/WMS/ERP systems.

To lead and manage the complete warehouse operations, including inward, GRN, inventory, scanning, picking, packing, dispatch, returns, stock accuracy, manpower management and system operations. The role will be responsible for improving warehouse productivity, reducing operational errors and ensuring timely movement of stock.
1. Manage end-to-end warehouse operations from Inward to Dispatch.
2. Ensure smooth receiving, unloading, checking, sorting, put-away, picking, packing and dispatch.
3. Ensure daily operations are completed as per planned targets.
4. Monitor warehouse productivity and operational efficiency.
5. Establish SOPs and ensure strict compliance by all warehouse employees.
1) Maintain high inventory accuracy between physical stock and system stock.
2) Conduct cycle counts, periodic stock verification and physical inventory audits.
3) Identify stock shortages, excess stock, damages, discrepancies and system mismatches.
4) Coordinate with Finance, Stores, Sales and Management for stock reconciliation.
5) Control inventory ageing, dead stock and slow-moving stock.

16. Ensure users follow correct system processes and avoid unauthorized manual adjustments.
17. Support system implementation, process improvements, testing and user training.

b) Manage Warehouse Incharge, Supervisors, TLs, Scanners, Pickers, Packers and Helpers.
c) Allocate manpower according to workload and productivity requirements.

f) Identify skill gaps and arrange appropriate training.
g) Develop backup manpower for critical warehouse activities.

8–12+ years of warehouse/supply chain experience, preferably with experience managing a large warehouse and multiple operational teams.
Preferred experience: Apparel/Retail/E-Commerce warehouse operations with hands‑on Genisys/WMS/ERP experience.
