Job summary

The Recruiters is seeking a senior civil/construction leader to drive end-to-end project execution across NCR, including planning, costing, procurement, construction, quality and safety.

The role requires 18+ years in real estate with 7–10 years in senior leadership, a track record of large residential or high-rise projects in Gurugram/NCR, and strong governance & RERA compliance. You will manage vendors, contracts, risk mitigation and technology-enabled project governance.
