Job summary

ALTRAIZE is seeking a Head – Projects & Design to lead planning, design and execution across cafés, auditoriums, retail spaces and experience zones. This role will oversee concept development, layouts, design aesthetics, vendor coordination, material selection, project execution, and delivery timelines while ensuring brand consistency, operational practicality, and high-quality execution.

8+ years of experience in projects, interiors, retail design, hospitality, or commercial space development

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in projects, interiors, retail design, hospitality, or commercial space development.
• Experience in café, retail, entertainment, multiplex, or hospitality projects preferred.
• Strong project management and execution capability.

Responsibilities

• Plan and manage end-to-end project execution across cafés, auditoriums, and retail spaces.
• Develop project timelines, budgets, execution schedules, and implementation plans.
• Coordinate with internal teams, consultants, contractors, and vendors.
• Ensure timely completion of projects within approved budgets.
• Create innovative and customer-centric design concepts for Reels Rescafe locations.
• Develop layouts, space utilization plans, ambience concepts, and customer flow strategies.
• Ensure brand consistency across all design and visual elements.
• Work on color themes, décor concepts, signage, lighting, and customer experience aesthetics.
• Identify and finalize suitable materials, finishes, fixtures, and furnishings.
• Build and manage relationships with vendors, contractors, architects, and suppliers.
• Evaluate material quality, pricing, durability, and execution feasibility.
• Coordinate procurement and delivery schedules for project requirements.
• Work closely with Operations and Culinary teams to ensure functional and operational efficiency.
• Ensure kitchen layouts, customer areas, and service workflows are operationally practical.
• Support equipment planning and placement for efficient operations.
• Monitor site execution quality and compliance with approved designs.
• Conduct regular site visits and execution reviews.
• Track project milestones, vendor performance, and quality standards.
• Identify project risks and implement corrective actions.
• Ensure adherence to safety, quality, and operational standards.

Role Overview

The Head – Projects & Design will be responsible for planning, designing, and executing all project-related activities across all outlets including auditoriums, cafés, retail spaces, and customer experience zones. This role will oversee concept development, layouts, design aesthetics, vendor coordination, material selection, project execution, and delivery timelines while ensuring brand consistency, operational practicality, and high-quality execution.

Key Responsibilities

1. Project Planning & Execution

• Plan and manage end-to-end project execution across cafés, auditoriums, and retail spaces
• Develop project timelines, budgets, execution schedules, and implementation plans
• Coordinate with internal teams, consultants, contractors, and vendors
• Ensure timely completion of projects within approved budgets

2. Design & Concept Development

• Create innovative and customer-centric design concepts for Reels Rescafe locations
