Job summary

CEMS is seeking a senior professional to lead operations, training delivery, and strategic expansion of multi-location technical training centres focused on Industry 4.0 and maritime skill development.

The role covers end-to-end operations, team leadership, curriculum design, partner engagement, and multi-stakeholder collaboration with universities, PSUs, and industry to identify growth opportunities in maritime, manufacturing, and metals sectors.

Qualifications

• Experience leading operations of multi-location training centres.
• Expertise in Industry 4.0 technologies and automation.
• Proven ability to design and implement curricula for technical training.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end operations of training centres (lab setup, equipment, training delivery).
• Lead distributed teams of engineers, trainers, and technical staff.
• Develop and implement scalable operational frameworks.
• Drive KPIs: training quality, assessments, reporting, batch management.
• Design and implement technical training curriculum (automation, Industry 4.0).
• Mentor faculty and ensure high-quality learning outcomes.
• Handle industrial automation projects (design, commissioning, maintenance).
• Build partnerships with universities, PSUs, government bodies, and industries.
• Identify business opportunities in maritime, manufacturing, and metals sectors.
