Job summary

360 Labs is seeking a senior content creator/ cinematographer to lead end-to-end video production in a dynamic, founder-led environment. You will own projects from concept through publish, shaping formats, campaigns and publishing schedules, while traveling to shoot on-site stories with the founding team.

You will also craft scripts, direct visuals, and manage post-production to deliver compelling brand content.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of cinematography, framing, lighting, sound, and visual storytelling.
• Proficiency in Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve.
• Strong scripting, storytelling, and creative direction skills.
• Comfortable handling camera and production equipment independently.

• Strong eye for design, colour, composition, and detail.
• Familiarity with and passion for technology.
• Comfortable working closely with founders and senior teams.

Nice to have:

• Experience in a startup or founder-led company.
• Experience building content from scratch or owning a brand’s content function.
• Experience with YouTube, Instagram, LinkedIn, and other social platforms.
• Willingness to travel frequently for shoots and projects.
