Job summary

Greythr in Bengaluru seeks an In-House Producer with strong creative instincts to take ideas from deck to delivery and make them real.

You will plan shoots end-to-end, build production calendars, manage budgets, source locations and crew, and collaborate with editors and the performance team to ensure content meets brief and on time.

This role blends production craft with performance marketing, requiring scrappy but polished execution and an ability to scale creation from 0 to 1.

Qualifications

• 3–6 years of experience in content production, digital media, agency, or startup.
• Strong aesthetic sense (framing, pacing, visual storytelling).
• Comfortable being scrappy but thoughtful.
• Understand performance marketing and attention hooks.
• Care about craft — lighting, sound, pacing matter to you.
• Able to manage chaos without becoming chaotic.
• Excited by building something from 0 → 1.
