Job summary

D Succeed Learners Private Limited is seeking a Digital Marketing Head to steer our digital growth and revenue. You will build and lead a high-performing marketing team, drive B2B and B2C lead generation for IT training and exam voucher sales, and optimize campaigns across Google, Meta, LinkedIn, and other channels.

You will oversee SEO, content, social, email, and website growth initiatives, while focusing on CRO, landing-page optimization, and CRM-driven nurture to improve conversions and ROI.

About the Role

We are looking for a result-driven Digital Marketing Head to lead our digital growth strategy, drive revenue, and build a high-performing marketing team. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in performance marketing, SEO, lead generation, and brand building, with a proven ability to scale business through digital channels.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the company's digital marketing strategy aligned with business goals.
• Drive B2B and B2C lead generation for IT training and exam voucher sales.
• Manage and optimize Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other paid campaigns to maximize ROAS.
• Lead SEO, content marketing, social media, email marketing, and website growth initiatives.
• Improve website conversion rates through landing page optimization and A/B testing.
• Build marketing automation and CRM-driven lead nurturing campaigns.
• Analyze campaign performance using GA4, GTM, Search Console, and other analytics tools.
• Manage marketing budgets, agencies, and vendors while ensuring measurable ROI.
• Lead and mentor the marketing team, fostering a high-performance culture.
• Collaborate closely with Sales and Operations to improve lead quality and conversion.

Required Skills & Experience

• 8–15 years of experience in Digital Marketing, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
• Experience in EdTech, IT Training, SaaS, ERP, or Technology industries is preferred.
• Strong hands‑on expertise in Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO, CRO, and marketing analytics.
• Proficiency with GA4, GTM, Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, and CRM platforms.
• Knowledge of AI‑powered marketing tools and automation is an advantage.
• Strong leadership, analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
