Qualifications

Responsibilities

We are looking for a Team Lead Digital Marketing to lead and execute digital marketing initiatives for our international markets. The role will involve managing digital channels, driving qualified traffic and leads, supporting content and brand initiatives, and ensuring effective execution of marketing campaigns.

The person will work closely with business, sales and content teams to plan and execute campaigns, track performance and continuously improve digital marketing outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across SEO, AEO, Google Ads/PPC, content, email and other relevant channels.
• Manage SEO and PPC activities for international markets, particularly US and UK, with a focus on traffic, visibility and lead generation.
• Conduct keyword, competitor and market research to identify opportunities for improving organic and paid performance.
• Support lead generation and demand generation initiatives across organic and paid channels.
• Work with content and creative teams to develop blogs, landing pages, social media content, case studies and other marketing assets.
• Monitor website, SEO, PPC and campaign performance and prepare regular performance reports with actionable insights.
• Track and optimise campaign KPIs including traffic, rankings, leads, conversions, CPL and ROI.
• Support implementation of AI tools, marketing automation and CRM initiatives to improve marketing efficiency and lead nurturing.
• Coordinate with sales and business teams to understand target audiences, campaigns and lead-generation requirements.
• Stay updated with changes in search algorithms, Google Ads, AEO, AI-led search and emerging digital marketing trends.
• Lead, mentor and support team members while ensuring timely and quality execution of assigned marketing activities.

Candidate Profile

• 5–7 years of experience in Digital Marketing, Growth Marketing, B2B Marketing or Demand Generation, preferably in IT services, technology or digital services.
• Strong hands‑on experience in SEO, AEO and Google Ads/PPC, preferably for US and UK markets.
• Experience in B2B lead generation and international digital marketing.
• Good understanding of content marketing, website optimisation, social media and email marketing.
• Experience with Google Analytics/GA4, Google Search Console, Google Ads and SEO tools.
• Working knowledge of AI‑powered marketing tools, automation and CRM platforms.
• Experience in managing or mentoring a small marketing team.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with the ability to interpret campaign data and identify improvement areas.
• Good communication and coordination skills, with the ability to work with sales, business and content teams.
• A hands‑on and execution‑focused team player who can take ownership of campaigns while also guiding the team.
