Staffopedia Consulting LLP is seeking a strategic growth leader in Pune to drive a product-led growth approach and strengthen product-market fit. You will translate business goals into a multi-year growth strategy and own the go-to-market plan across diverse segments including Enterprise, Government, SMB, and e-commerce.

The role requires leading market research, competitive intelligence, and aligning Product, Sales, Partners, and Marketing around growth objectives to deliver measurable ROI.

• Identify high-potential markets, industries, customer segments and growth opportunities.
• Own annual marketing plans, budgets, governance and ROI.
• Drive business recommendations, not activity reporting.
• Act as the voice of customers, partners and the market.
• Establish structured customer and partner engagement programmes.
• Lead market research, competitive intelligence, win-loss reviews and buyer insights.
• Convert market feedback into actionable product, sales and business decisions.

Product & Solutions Marketing

• Define positioning, messaging, buyer personas and value propositions.
• Drive product launches, adoption strategies and commercial readiness.
• Own competitive differentiation, use-case narratives, pricing inputs and customer proof points.
• Align Product, Sales, Partners and Marketing around growth objectives.

Revenue & Demand Generation

• Own marketing-sourced and marketing-influenced pipeline contribution.
• Build segment-specific demand generation strategies and growth programmes.
• Define lead management, qualification and conversion frameworks with Sales.
• Measure performance from marketing investment to revenue impact.
• Equip Sales and Partners with effective messaging, playbooks, battlecards, case studies and training programmes.
• Improve sales productivity, partner activation and win rates through market-led insights and enablement.

Brand, Communications & Growth Platforms

• Define corporate, product and solution branding strategy.
• Lead PR, thought leadership, digital growth, e-commerce and field marketing strategies.
• Ensure consistent brand experience across all customer touchpoints.
• Build scalable operating models through capable teams and external agencies.
