crewlia is seeking a proactive Head of Full-Stack Development to lead a fully remote team and shape strategic initiatives across the organization. This senior role blends big-picture thinking with hands-on execution, driving high-impact projects and architectural decisions.

You will manage budgets, forecast策略, and collaborate with executive leadership to hit key milestones while maintaining a strong focus on quality, performance, and operational excellence across distributed teams.

• 8-10+ years of demonstrated, progressive success in a relevant functional role.
• Translate complex business requirements into technical solutions.
