Hired is seeking a visionary Head of Cloud Engineering to lead our remote engineering team. This role blends strategic thinking with hands-on execution to shape operations and deliver impactful results across the cloud stack.

You will participate in code reviews, sprint planning, and architectural discussions while ensuring performance, security, and robust testing. A strong emphasis on collaboration, communication, and scalable design is essential.
