Crewlia is seeking a data-informed Back-End Development Senior Specialist to join our fully remote team. You will shape operations, drive strategic initiatives, and deliver results with both big-picture thinking and hands-on execution.

Key duties include mentoring juniors, collaborating with product managers and engineers on new features, owning complex projects from strategy to delivery, and resolving advanced technical issues in a distributed environment.

Role Overview:

We are actively seeking a data-informed Back-End Development Senior Specialist to join our growing remote team. In this pivotal role, you will be instrumental in shaping our operations, driving strategic initiatives, and delivering exceptional results within your functional area. The ideal candidate will combine big-picture strategic thinking with hands-on, tactical execution.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide ongoing mentorship, guidance, and training to junior team members.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with product managers and engineers on new features.
• Act as a trusted subject matter expert and advisor for cross-functional initiatives.
• Identify, troubleshoot, debug, and resolve complex technical issues.
• Take complete ownership of complex project execution, strategy, and final delivery.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Highly organized methodology with a strong ability to prioritize effectively.
• Strong proficiency in relevant programming languages and technical frameworks.
• Proven ability to translate complex business requirements into technical solutions.
• High-level proficiency with industry-standard project management software (Asana, Jira, Monday).
• Proven comfort and productivity operating in a fully remote, distributed environment.
