crewlia is seeking a data-informed Head of Front-End Development to lead a remote, globally distributed team. You will shape strategic initiatives, drive performance, and deliver high-quality, scalable front-end systems while mentoring engineers and aligning with product goals.

You’ll oversee budgets, architectural discussions, and code reviews, ensuring security standards and timely delivery in a fast-paced, fully remote environment.
