Crewlia seeks a proactive Head of UI/UX Design to lead a remote, globally distributed team and shape our design strategy. You will balance big-picture thinking with hands-on execution, driving initiatives across operations and design excellence.

You will manage budgets, mentor the team, and partner with executives to achieve core milestones while delivering high-impact user experiences across products.
