We are actively seeking a results-driven Front-End Development Specialist to join our growing remote team. In this pivotal role, you will be instrumental in shaping our operations, driving strategic initiatives, and delivering exceptional results within your functional area. The ideal candidate will combine big-picture strategic thinking with hands-on, tactical execution.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure software applications adhere to strict performance and security standards.
• Act as a reliable point of contact for external vendors, partners, or clients.
• Develop and execute comprehensive automated and manual testing protocols.
• Independently drive day-to-day project execution and ensure timely delivery.
• Design, write, and deploy clean, scalable, and well-documented code.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• High-level proficiency with industry-standard project management software (Asana, Jira, Monday).
• Solid understanding of version control systems, primarily Git.
• 3-5 years of demonstrated, progressive success in a relevant functional role.
• Proven ability to translate complex business requirements into technical solutions.
• Highly organized methodology with a strong ability to prioritize effectively.
