Smart Moves Talent Crafters Pvt. Ltd. is seeking an experienced D2C E-Commerce Head to lead and scale our direct-to-consumer business in India.

You will own end-to-end Shopify website performance, merchandising, pricing, promotions, and the customer journey, while driving performance marketing across Meta, Google, YouTube and other digital channels. The role requires strong hands-on expertise in CRO, analytics, CRM, and P&L management to grow revenue, profitability, and customer

• Drive revenue growth through CRO, A/B testing, campaigns and product launches.

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented D2C E-Commerce Head to lead and scale our direct-to-consumer business. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience in Shopify, performance marketing, e-commerce operations, analytics, CRO, and P&L management, preferably in footwear, fashion, lifestyle, or consumer brands.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute the overall D2C growth strategy, driving revenue, profitability, customer acquisition, and retention.
• Own end-to-end Shopify website performance, including merchandising, pricing, promotions, UX, conversion, and customer journey.
• Lead performance marketing across Meta, Google, YouTube, and other digital channels, optimizing ROAS, CAC, CVR, AOV, LTV, and contribution margin.
• Drive conversion and revenue growth through CRO, A/B testing, campaigns, offers, product launches
