Requirements

5–8 years of experience in e‑commerce, preferably in the beauty or cosmetic industry.

Role

Strategic Planning & Execution

• Develop and implement the e‑commerce strategy to achieve revenue and profitability targets.
• Identify new online business opportunities, partnerships, and growth channels.

Platform Management

• Oversee brand presence across platforms such as Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, Nykaa, Purple, Meesho, Zepto, First Cry, Smitten, Geomart, Snapdealand and the brand’s own website.
• Manage product listings, pricing, promotions, and inventory to ensure optimum performance.
• Coordinate with internal teams for product launches, stock availability, and order fulfillment.

Marketing & Campaigns

• Plan and execute performance marketing campaigns across Google, Meta, and marketplaces.
• Work closely with the design and content team for banners, creatives, and product visuals.
• Track campaign performance and optimize for ROI.

Analytics & Reporting

• Monitor and analyze e‑commerce KPIs including sales, conversions, traffic, and customer behavior.
• Prepare periodic performance reports with actionable insights for management.

Team & Coordination

• Manage a small team of executives handling listings, cataloging, and digital ads.
• Liaise with warehouse, logistics, and customer service teams for smooth operations.

Brand Experience

• Ensure the brand’s digital experience aligns with its identity and customer expectations.
• Stay updated with industry trends, competitor activities, and market innovations.
