Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Mumbai for an E-commerce & Operations professional. The individual will be responsible for managing e-commerce and offline [dermatics, stores] operations, inventory management, warehousing, Shopify orders, and working on other e-commerce channels such as Amazon, Nykaa, etc. Day-to-day tasks include overseeing online sales platforms, optimizing product listings, handling inventory and planning, handling customer inquiries, coordinating with various departments, and providing data-driven insights to enhance performance.

Qualifications

Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to analyze sales data, identify trends, and optimize promotions and inventory levels as needed.
Manage Shopify orders, from receiving the order to fulfilment
Manage Shiprocket, reduce RTO’s
Manage e-commerce platform orders + offline (dermat, stores) orders from PO’s to fulfilment.
Manage and optimize warehouse operations, and inventory planning with Unicommerce
Strong communication skills to liaise between customers, and internal teams.
Experience in managing end-to-end e-commerce operations, including logistics, order fulfillment, and payment gateways.
Manage end-to-end operations with offline retailers such as dermatologists, stores and chemists
Familiarity and on-boarding with online marketplaces such as Amazon, Myntra Nykaa, Tira etc
Optimise email and WhatsApp marketing [flows, automation, retention]
A degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with shifting priorities.
