Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Mumbai for an Ecommerce Marketing Manager. The Ecommerce Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies, managing e-commerce operations, analyzing sales data, and overseeing project management. The ideal candidate will work closely with various teams to ensure cohesive and effective marketing campaigns, driving online sales and enhancing customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

Marketplace Management

• Manage daily operations on Myntra, Amazon, Flipkart, and Nykaa Fashion.
• Oversee order processing, returns, and ensure smooth fulfilment.
• Upload and maintain product listings, content, and imagery.
• Ensure catalog accuracy, price consistency, and platform compliance.

Reporting & Analytics

• Share daily detailed order and inventory reports.
• Extract and analyze sales, returns, and campaign performance data.
• Provide insights and recommendations for increasing sales and reducing costs.

Inventory & Coordination

• Manage inventory placement and stock availability across platforms.
• Coordinate with brands, creative teams, and agencies for content updates.
• Liaise with platform account managers for promotions, visibility, and quality checks.

Campaigns & Marketing

• Plan and execute platform campaigns on Myntra, Amazon, and Nykaa Fashion.
• Monitor performance and optimize campaigns in real-time.
• Share marketing analysis and competitor insights.

Process & Growth

• Identify new opportunities for product launches and platform expansion.
• Streamline SOPs for order processing, reporting, and inventory flow.
• Work closely with finance for reconciliations and settlements.
