Job summary

Iquest Management Consultants is seeking a Head Motor Placement in Pune to negotiate motor insurance policies, compare multiple quotations, and finalize terms to meet client needs. The role demands strong communication with insurers and deep knowledge of motor insurance products.

Ideal candidates have 5–14 years of experience, a graduate background, and IRDAI training is a plus. This is a full-time, day-shift position in the Sales department based in Pune.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Negotiate with insurers for lowest premium and best policy brokerage.
• Compare quotations from multiple insurers.
• Finalize terms, coverage and premium per client requirement.
• Ensure proper placement slip preparation and submission.
• Follow up with insurers for policy issuance within TAT.
• Verify policy documents for accuracy.
• Maintain relationships with underwriters and ensure IRDAI guidelines compliance.
