Monitor motor portfolio ODLR & COR and evaluate intermediary performance.

Deputy Manager – Motor Underwriting
Job Description:
Analysis of client requirements in detail and design Policy accordingly.
Assessment of the risk associated with the project.
Preparing Policy documents like data sheets of invoices of all the Laptops covered and data sheets of all the employees for PA coverage.
Analysis of Claim reports and all documents related to claims.
Meeting with clients and guiding them regarding safety to reduce claims and ICR (Incurred Claim Ratio).
Preparing Policy Schedule, Money Receipt, Endorsement Copies, and Policy worksheets.
Portfolio analysis to increase profitability and churn out non-profitable pockets.
Strategic input in Pricing of Motor products to improve portfolio profitability.
Monitoring of Motor Portfolio ODLR & COR.
Performance evaluation of Intermediaries.
Analysis and evaluation of new developments and trends in the market to establish an overview and support product enhancement and development, including support in risk evaluating, quantifying, and mitigating.
Contribution to the development, planning, and execution of company strategy (including but not limited to profitability, underwriting, marketing, etc.) in line with group strategy and goals.
Responsibility for achieving the top line and the bottom line of the branch for the Motor line of business in accordance with prescribed guidelines.
Skills & Competencies:

Good communication and coordination skills to interact and collaborate with multiple functions.
