The ideal candidate will have 1-5 years of experience in insurance brokerage or a related field and will be responsible for managing and nurturing client relationships to drive business success.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with both new and existing clients to understand their insurance needs.
• Advise clients on suitable motor insurance products and services based on their requirements and risks.
• Negotiate terms with clients and insurance providers to secure mutually beneficial agreements.
• Handle client concerns, resolve issues, and ensure client satisfaction with services provided.
• Maintain a deep understanding of motor products, market conditions, and trends within the insurance industry.
• Coordinate with other team members to facilitate seamless service delivery.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory laws and standards in all transactions and interactions.

Required Skills
