The successful candidate will drive MEP strategies, review designs, and coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and authorities to achieve seamless project handover

Qualifications

• Over 25 years of experience in real estate and construction.
• B.E./B.Tech in Electrical Engineering (Mandatory).
• Master's degree in Engineering, Project Management, or Business Administration preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead the MEP function across multiple real estate projects from concept design through commissioning and project handover.
• Develop MEP strategies, technical standards, design guidelines, and best practices aligned with organizational objectives.
• Review and approve MEP designs, calculations, specifications, drawings, BOQs, and technical documentation.
• Ensure compliance with applicable building codes, NBC, electrical safety regulations, fire and life safety requirements, and statutory approvals.
• Coordinate with architects, structural engineers, project teams, consultants, contractors, and authorities to achieve seamless project execution.
• Oversee installation, testing, commissioning, and performance verification of all MEP systems.
