Job summary

Hector And Streak Consulting in Pune seeks a seasoned Head of MEP Services to oversee Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing and HVAC functions on large commercial projects. You will guide design, installation and maintenance to ensure project milestones and safety standards are met.

Applicants should have 15+ years of MEP experience, with the last 10 years in the role of Head of MEP Services, including major projects such as hotels, malls, high-rise complexes and premium townships.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of expertise in MEP across large projects.
• Last 10 years in the capacity of Head of MEP Services.
• Expertise in design, execution, installation and maintenance of electrical, electronic and HVAC systems.
• Preference for Mechanical Engg. with at least a couple of projects heading MEP at site.

Responsibilities

• Overall responsibility for Services Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing & HVAC for the commercial project.
• Provide design inputs on Electrical, HVAC, Plumbing, Telecom, CCTV, Security and Safety Systems.
• Co-ordination with Architects, Consultants, Contractors and Engineers for work execution.
• Installation, Testing and Commissioning of HV and LV Panels, Cables, Transformers, DG Sets.
• Responsible for complete execution of Electrical and HVAC systems Ducting / Insulation.
• Vendor Management.
• Liaison with government bodies & other agencies to obtain sanctions and approvals.
• Capital Budgeting and monitoring budgetary parameters.

EXPERIENCE:

15 + Years of expertise in Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing functions in large projects like 5 Star hotels, shopping malls, high rise complexes, state of art commercial buildings, premium residential townships etc of which at least last 10 years should be in the capacity of a Head of MEP Services.

Expertise in design, execution, installation and maintenance of electrical, electronic and HVAC systems

Prefer Mechanical Engg. to be main qualification, should have completed at least couple of projects heading MEP at site

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

The position has the overall responsibility for the Services Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing & HVAC functions for the commercial project.

• Overall responsibility of Electrical, HVAC, Plumbing, Telecom Systems, CCTV, Security and Safety Systems for the projects.
• Provide design inputs on Electrical, HVAC, Plumbing, Telecom Systems, CCTV, Security and Safety Systems.
• Co-ordination and liaison with Architects, Consultants, Contractors and Engineers with regard to work execution.
• Installation, Testing and Commissioning of all HV and LV Panels, Cables, Transformers, DG Sets etc
• Will be responsible for complete execution of Electrical and HVAC systems Ducting / Insulation.
• Vendor Management.
• Responsible for plumbing utilities function.
• Liaison with government bodies & other agencies to obtain all technical sanctions and approvals for smooth execution of projects.
• Capital Budgeting and monitoring budgetary parameters.
