Job summary

Talent Corner Hr Services seeks an accomplished manufacturing operations leader with extensive CNC machine tool industry experience. You will oversee production, planning, stores, quality, assembly, supply chain and dispatch, driving on-time delivery and cost optimization.

You will apply Lean, 5S and Kaizen principles, lead large cross-functional teams, and optimize manufacturing KPIs within a dynamic plant environment.

Qualifications

• BE/B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering is required; MBA/PGDM in Operations is an added advantage.
• 15–20 years of experience in manufacturing and operations, with mandatory CNC Machine Tool industry experience.
• Experience overseeing Production, Planning, Stores, Quality, Assembly, Supply chain and Dispatch functions.
• Strong knowledge of production planning, capacity utilization, lean manufacturing, productivity improvement, and cost optimization.
• Experience in driving on-time delivery, inventory optimization, and cross-functional coordination.
• Working knowledge of SAP/ERP systems and manufacturing KPIs.
• Experience implementing Lean, 5S, Kaizen, and process optimization.
• Proven ability to lead large cross-functional teams and manage end-to-end manufacturing operations.

Responsibilities
