Job summary

Roots Multiclean in Coimbatore district is seeking a Mechanical Engineer to lead assembly line improvements and drive innovation across product lines. You will spearhead process optimisation, achieve OTM targets and reduce cycle times while setting new Gen assembly concepts.

The role requires managing a large operator team, implementing Poke Yoke and AMR concepts, and conducting regular process walks to ensure safety, productivity and delivery performance.

Qualifications

• B.E in mechanical engineering with consistent track record in improving assembly process and driving innovation.
• Need to have good experience in handling team of 100+ operators.
• Target industries from OEM having good exposure in Assembly and Testing.
• Improved Safety, Productivity, Cost and Delivery performance.
