Job summary

Desire Consultancy Service in Bengaluru is seeking a senior HR leader to drive corporate HR strategy, governance, and talent acquisition across EPC Renewable Energy projects. You will shape workplace culture policies and engage employees to align with business goals.

You will directly lead and mentor the internal HR team, including the HR Manager and site-level HR professionals, ensuring best practices, compliance, and scalable processes across projects.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in corporate HR leadership.
• Background in EPC Renewable Energy/Power Construction industries.
• Extensive experience drafting HR policies from scratch, talent acquisition, and managing corporate culture.
