Job summary

Inox Neo Energies - InoxGFL Group is seeking an experienced HR professional to manage HR operations for plants, project sites, and other operational locations while based at the Corporate Office in Noida. The role focuses on plant and site HR operations, industrial relations, and compliance with labour laws.

The candidate will lead performance management, capability development, HR MIS, payroll, and budget management to support project-based industries.

Qualifications

• 8-12 years of HR experience, preferably in renewable energy, power, infrastructure, EPC or other project-based industries.
• Strong knowledge of Labour Laws and statutory compliance.
• Experience with HRIS/MIS, payroll and budget management.

Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee HR operations for plants, project sites and other locations from the Corporate Office in Noida.
• Oversee Plant & Site HR Operations and Industrial Relations.
• Drive Employee Engagement and maintain strong Industrial Relations.
• Ensure Labour Law compliance and statutory requirements across locations.
• Lead Performance Management and capability development initiatives.
• Oversee HR MIS, payroll processing and budget management.
