Job Description

• Drive the overall HR strategy and culture agenda aligned with business growth
• Partner closely with leadership to build and scale a high-performance organisation
• Strengthen and institutionalise HR policies, frameworks and processes
• Lead talent strategy, including hiring, employer branding and leadership pipeline building
• Oversee core HR areas: performance, rewards, engagement, and retention
• Scale HR systems to ensure efficiency, governance and compliance
• Support organisation design, team structuring and change management initiatives
• Enable HR support for multi-location expansion
• Build and mentor the HR team, ensuring strong execution and business alignment

The Successful Applicant

• The successful applicant will come with 15-20 years of experience in HR with strong exposure as a hands-on, strategic HR generalist
• Will have a background in a real estate developer / asset-led environment (clear preference for non-advisory setups)
• Should have experience in scaling organisations, building HR frameworks, policies, and processes in a growing business
• Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to partner closely with founders and influence business decisions
