Job summary

Michael Page is partnering with a large enterprise to identify a senior HR leader who will own the end-to-end employee lifecycle, from onboarding to exit management, across multiple locations. This role focuses on building scalable people processes, governance, and culture programs in a fast-paced, promoter-led setting.

The successful applicant will drive performance management, engagement initiatives, and HR automation while partnering with senior leaders to enhance the employee experience.

Qualifications

• 12-15 years of HR experience across HRBP, operations, employee experience, or generalist roles.
• Strong onboarding, PMS, engagement and lifecycle process experience.
• Proven ability to design governance in high-growth environments.
• Experience in promoter-led or founder-driven organisations is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end employee lifecycle including onboarding, engagement, PMS, and exit management.
• Design and implement employee engagement and culture-building initiatives across locations.

• Demonstrated success working within promoter-led or founder-driven organizations.
• Ability to build structure, processes, and governance in high-growth and evolving environments.
• Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence senior leaders.
• Exposure to real estate, infrastructure, data centres, hospitality, retail, manufacturing, or other asset-heavy industries preferred.
• Experience driving HR process improvements, automation, and operational excellence initiatives.
• A proactive, hands-on approach with the ability to thrive in fast-paced and demanding environments.
