Wizsprint Consultants is seeking an experienced HR professional in Pune to lead manpower planning, optimize resources, and manage end-to-end recruitment, induction, and competency mapping. The role emphasizes industrial relations with unions, and ensuring compliance with statutory and ISO standards.

The candidate should bring 13–17 years of HR experience, with a PG/ diploma or MBA in HR, to drive strategic HR initiatives, training needs, and long-term workforce welfare within a dynamic corporate

Competenze

• Post Graduate Diploma / Degree in Personnel Management & Industrial Relation or MBA (HR).
• 13-17 years experience.

• Manpower Planning & Optimization
• Ensuring cost effectiveness.
• Manpower management : Recruitment, Selection & Induction.
• Competency mapping & Skill development: Training need identification, addressing the need and evaluation.
• Maintaining harmonious Industrial Relations: Establishing close relation with Union Leaders
• External / Internal and formulate modus operandi to arrive at Long Term Settlement.
• Salary & Wage Administration: Monitoring wage preparation and examining incentive payments.
• Contract Labour administration: Monitoring contract labour deployment on daily basis -also meeting the various provision of Contract Labour (R & A) Act. from time to time
• Liasoning with Govt. authorities/ Local bodies
• Close monitoring on statutory requirement from time to time by preparing statutory roadmap.
• Creating image of a Good Corporate Citizen: Undertaking various Social Welfare Activities
• Compliance of various provision relating to HR aspect under ISO and other Quality Standards as applicable
