Job summary

Sperton Global AS is seeking a Lead HR to oversee all HR and IR activities at the plant level in Maharashtra. The role requires handling labour unions, settlements, and compliance with company lawyers and authorities.

Responsibilities

• Manage all HR and IR activities of the respective plants.
• Handle Labour/ internal union matters, settlements, public relations, local matters and disciplinary actions.
• Coordinate with company lawyers and representatives for issues at courts and tribunals.
• Engage in manpower planning, budget planning, employee engagement, CSR and canteen/working committees.
• Interact with external stakeholders such as Government authorities and leaders.
• Ensure compliance and plant operations alignment, understand production schemes and manpower studies.
• Drive change management across levels and plant areas.
• Oversee PMS, recruitment, retention, skills development and employee engagement.

Education Qualification:MPM, MSW, IRPM, MBA Optional LLB or LLM

Experience required: 12-16 Years of Experience in IR in Manufacturing Industries.

Technical & Professional Knowledge required:

• ability to understand key HR metrics, such as recruitment, engagement and retention, and employee value and performance

Purpose of the role:To Handle all HR & IR activities of respective plants

Key Responsibilities

• Should take care of entire Plant HR/IR .HR/IR/Welfare/CSR/Admin/Canteen etc functions Reports to this position.
• Should have experience in handling Labour / internal union, Settlement, Public Relations, Local Matters and Settlements and Disciplinary matters.
• Experience in handling issues at courts and tribunals with company lawyers and representatives
• Manpower planning/budget planning/employee engagement/drive corporate /CSR / Canteen/working committees
• Dealing with external stakeholders such as Government authorities, Leaders etc.
• Should handle entire compliance/plant operations .Strong in understanding plant operations, production schemes/manpower studies.
• Should Understand the Factory Culture, Productivity measurement and Workforce Optimization.
• Facilitate change management process across all levels / plant areas.
• Have Thorough Knowledge of HR Processes like PMS, Recruitment, Manpower Retention, Skilling, Employee Engagement etc
• Having a knowledge of VRS
