Job summary

Eastvantage is seeking an experienced HR Manager to lead end-to-end HR operations, governance, and business partnership across our global delivery footprint. You will drive employee engagement, culture, and performance in a fast-paced BPO/shared services environment and act as a trusted HR advisor to business leaders.

You will oversee onboarding and lifecycle management, HRIS governance, payroll inputs, benefits, and data governance, ensuring compliance with global policies and local labor laws

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field; Master’s degree or HR certification is a plus.
  • 7–10 years HR experience with at least 3 years in a leadership role, preferably in a BPO or shared services.
  • Strong expertise in HR operations, governance, and labor law compliance.
  • Proven experience leading HR teams and managing global stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in HRIS, HR reporting, and people analytics.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, leadership, and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute HR strategies aligned with business objectives, workforce plans, organizational design, and company values.
  • Partner with business leaders as a trusted HR advisor, providing guidance on workforce planning, talent strategy, performance, growth, attrition, and people risks.
  • Oversee end-to-end HR operations, including onboarding, offboarding, employee lifecycle management, HRIS governance, payroll inputs, benefits, and HR service delivery across the Philippines.
  • Ensure HR compliance with global policies, internal controls, local labor laws, employee data governance, reporting, audits, and people analytics.
  • Drive HR process improvements, standardization, automation, and scalable practices to enhance operational efficiency and employee experience.
  • Lead employee engagement, recognition, wellness, culture, internal communications, and DEI initiatives to build an inclusive and high-performance workplace.
  • Advise managers on performance management, coaching, capability development, talent reviews, succession planning, internal mobility, and employee relations.
  • Support organizational change initiatives including restructuring, business growth, scaling, new market entry, and evolving service delivery models.
  • Monitor engagement, attrition, culture, and people metrics, translating insights into actionable recommendations for senior leadership.
  • Lead and develop HR operations team members while establishing effective HR governance, service standards, performance measures, and succession plans.
  • Manage global HR partnerships and third-party vendors across HR operations, benefits, engagement, and wellness programs.

Job description

What We're Looking For:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree or HR certification is an advantage.
  • 7-10 years of progressive HR experience, including at least 3 years in a managerial or leadership role, preferably within a BPO, shared services, or global organization.
  • Strong expertise in HR operations, employee engagement, HR governance, and labor law compliance.
  • Proven experience leading HR teams and managing cross-functional and global stakeholders.
  • High proficiency in HRIS platforms, HR reporting, and people analytics.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problem-solving, analytical, and change management capabilities.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, matrixed, and multicultural environment.
  • Willing to travel to Mumbai office when required.
  • This is an Individual Contributor role where you need to support both Bangalore and Mumbai location.
