Job summary

ZET in Bengaluru is seeking a seasoned Growth Leader to own growth across performance marketing, brand, ASO, SEO, GEO, and creative strategy. You will drive data-led decisions and own the full growth funnel to optimize acquisition, conversion, engagement, and retention.

Collaborate with Product and Business teams, build and mentor the growth squad, and champion an AI-first approach while leveraging fintech experience to scale growth across the organization.

Qualifications

• 8–10 years of experience in growth or marketing leadership.
• Experience at consumer companies with growth at scale.
• Strong data-driven and analytical skills.
• Fintech experience preferred.

• Own the overall growth and marketing strategy across performance marketing and ads, brand, ASO, SEO, GEO, and creative strategy driving the company's full growth agenda.
• Drive growth through data-led decision making, with a strong focus on numbers, funnel metrics, ROI, and overall business performance.
• Own and optimize the entire growth funnel - identifying opportunities to improve acquisition, conversion, engagement, and retention.
• Champion an AI-first approach across marketing, growth, creative, analytics, and experimentation.
• Own product marketing initiatives, including product positioning and messaging, in close collaboration with Product and Business teams.
• Build, mentor, and lead the growth team-setting clear goals, driving high- quality execution, and fostering a culture of experimentation and ownership.

Preferred candidate profile

• 8-10 years of experience in growth, performance marketing, or marketing leadership.
• Experience at a consumer company, with a strong understanding of consumer growth at scale.
• Strong, hands- on grasp of performance marketing and ads, brand, ASO, SEO, GEO, creative strategy, product marketing, and growth funnels.
• Highly data- and numbers-driven, with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proven track record building and leading teams, with end-to-end ownership of growth outcomes.
• Fintech experience strongly preferred - particularly with consumer financial products or apps.
• An AI-first mindset, with real experience leveraging AI across the growth function.
• Comfort operating in a fast-paced environment, adapting quickly, and taking high ownership.
