Job summary

The LHR Group is seeking a highly entrepreneurial Chief Growth Officer in Bengaluru to own the company''s growth strategy end-to-end. You will drive acquisition, retention, monetisation, partnerships and new channels while overseeing growth P&L.

Collaborating with founders and the leadership team, you will build scalable growth engines, manage budgets, and mentor a high-performing growth team to accelerate company impact across markets.

Qualifications

• 3–7+ years of growth experience in digital platforms or related sectors.
• Proven track record scaling growth channels from 0→1 or 1→10.
• Strong analytical, experimentation and problem-solving skills.
• Experience building and leading high-performing teams.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the overall growth strategy across acquisition, activation, retention and monetisation.
• Build scalable growth engines across performance marketing, partnerships, communities and new channels.
• Own channel economics, CAC, LTV, ROAS, conversion, payback and growth budgets.
• Drive experimentation, growth loops and data-led optimisation across the consumer funnel.
• Develop CRM and lifecycle strategies to improve retention, repeat purchases and customer value.
• Identify opportunities for marketplace/supply-side growth and geographic or category expansion.
• Build and scale new growth channels from 0→1 and 1→10.
• Work closely with Product, Finance, Operations and Analytics teams to turn growth opportunities into execution.
• Build, mentor and lead a high-performing growth team.

Our client is a venture-backed tech platform. We are looking for a highly entrepreneurial Chief Growth Officer to own the company’s growth strategy end-to-end. The role will drive acquisition, retention, monetisation, partnerships, new channels and overall growth P&L, working closely with the founders and leadership team.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and execute the overall growth strategy across acquisition, activation, retention and monetisation.
• Build scalable and diversified growth engines across performance marketing, creators, partnerships, communities and new channels.
• Own channel economics, CAC, LTV, ROAS, conversion, payback and growth budgets.
• Drive experimentation, growth loops and data-led optimisation across the consumer funnel.

Requirements

• 3–7+ years of experience in growth, performance marketing, consumer internet, D2C, marketplace, e-commerce, fintech, travel, food-tech or similar businesses.
• Strong experience in a startup or high-growth environment with ownership of a major growth charter.
• Proven track record of scaling growth channels from 0→1 or 1→10.
• Hands-on understanding of performance marketing, retention/lifecycle, partnerships and/or marketplace growth.
• Experience managing significant budgets, channel P&Ls and growth metrics.
• Strong analytical, experimentation and problem-solving skills.
• Experience building and managing high-performing teams.
