Job summary

Venus Hr Consultancy Surat seeks a Lead E&I execution professional for a modular fabrication facility in Hazira, Gujarat. You will lead E&I projects, manage teams, monitor progress, and ensure client requirements are met.

You will coordinate technically with fabrication yards, maintain safety and quality standards, and drive seamless execution across multiple projects in Oil & Gas / EPC contexts. Strong leadership and problem-solving skills are essential, as is the ability to align engineering
