Job summary

Intellectual Capital HR Consulting Pvt. Ltd. in Mumbai seeks a senior professional to lead Equity Capital Markets execution. The candidate should have 7-8 years in ECM/merchant banking, with IPOs, QIP, buybacks, delisting and related valuation experience, and be adept at financial analysis and valuation.

You will guide planning, client liaison, and team coordination, delivering complex written and verbal materials and coordinating regulatory presentations.

Qualifications

• Experience of 7-8 years within the core ECM & Valuation group of a leading Merchant Bank.
• Masters degree in Finance - CA/CFA/MBA(Finance).
• Dual Certifications shall be preferred.
• Well versed with applicable SEBI, Income Tax, FEMA Regulations.
• Good quantitative, written, presentation and communication skills.
• Problem solving ability and deliver within given timelines.

Responsibilities

• The candidate will be responsible for all aspects of planning and managing engagements, including data gathering, research, financial analysis, and preparing and coordinating materials.
• Prepare pitch decks, regulatory presentations, transaction execution and financial due-diligence for merchant banking activities.

Head Equity Capital Markets Execution

Candidates should have at least 7-8 years of prior experience in Equity Capital Market (ECM)/Merchant Banking Division, including Valuation related services. The candidate shall have hands on experience of the following areas:

• IPOs/Rights Issue/QIP/Open Offer/ Buyback/ Delisting
• Restructuring Analysis and Examining Financial Statements
• Business/Regulatory/Transaction/ESOP Valuations
• Valuation of Goodwill and Other Intangible Assets

Role & Responsibilities:

The candidate will be responsible for all aspects of planning and managing engagements, including data gathering, research, financial analysis, and preparing and/or coordinating complex written and verbal materials, pitch decks, regulatory presentation, transaction execution, financial due-diligence and other merchant banking activities.

The candidate will be working directly with the client and the senior team. As the company continue to grow, the candidates input will be essentialfor technical matters and operational needs.
