Job summary

Intellectual Capital HR Consulting Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a finance professional with 3+ years in Equity Capital Markets and valuation services.

The role covers IPOs, rights issues, QIP, open offers, buybacks, delisting, and related restructuring analyses. You will work directly with clients and senior teams, handling data gathering, financial analysis, and preparation of complex materials, pitch decks, regulatory presentations, and due diligence.

Qualifications

• Experience of 3+ years in ECM & Valuation group of a leading Merchant Bank.
• Familiarity with IPOs, Rights Issue, QIP, Open Offer, Buyback, Delisting.
• Experience with Restructuring Analysis and Financial Statements.
• Valuation experience: Goodwill and intangibles.
• SEBI, Income Tax, FEMA regulations knowledge.
• Masters in Finance or CA/CFA/MBA(Finance).

Responsibilities

• Plan and manage engagements, data gathering, research, financial analysis, and preparing and/or coordinating complex written and verbal materials, pitch decks, regulatory presentation, transaction execution, financial due-diligence and other merchant banking activities.
• Work directly with the client and the senior team; input will be essential for technical matters and operational needs.

Equity Capital Markets Execution

Candidates should have at least 3+ years of prior experience in Equity Capital Market (ECM)/Merchant Banking Division, including Valuation related services. The candidate shall have hands on experience of the following areas:

IPOs/Rights Issue/QIP/Open Offer/ Buyback/ Delisting

Restructuring Analysis and Examining Financial Statements

Business/Regulatory/Transaction/ESOP Valuations

Valuation of Goodwill and Other Intangible Assets

Role & Responsibilities:

The candidate will be responsible for all aspects of planning and managing engagements, including data gathering, research, financial analysis, and preparing and/or coordinating complex written and verbal materials, pitch decks, regulatory presentation, transaction execution, financial due-diligence and other merchant banking activities.

The candidate will be working directly with the client and the senior team. As the company continue to grow, the candidates input will be essential for technical matters and operational needs.

Qualifications and Requirements:

Experience of 3+ years within the core ECM & Valuation group of a leading Merchant Bank.

Masters degree in Finance - CA/CFA/MBA(Finance)

Dual Certifications shall be preferred.

Well versed with applicable SEBI, Income Tax, FEMA Regulations

Good quantitative, written, presentation and communication skills.
