Qualifications

• 7–8 years in ECM & Valuation at a leading merchant bank.
• Masters in Finance; CA/CFA/MBA(Finance) preferred.
• Dual certifications preferred.
• Well versed with SEBI, Income Tax, FEMA regulations.
• Strong quantitative, written, presentation and communication skills.
• Problem solving ability and able to deliver in given timeline.

Responsibilities

• Plan and manage engagements including data gathering and financial analysis.
• Prepare complex materials, pitch decks, regulatory presentations.
• Coordinate transaction execution and financial due-diligence.
• Work directly with the client and the senior team; support technical and operational needs.

Job description

Head Equity Capital Markets Execution

Candidates should have at least 7-8 years of prior experience in Equity Capital Market (ECM)/Merchant Banking Division, including Valuation related services. The candidate shall have hands on experience of the following areas:

• IPOs/Rights Issue/QIP/Open Offer/ Buyback/ Delisting
• Restructuring Analysis and Examining Financial Statements
• Business/Regulatory/Transaction/ESOP Valuations
• Valuation of Goodwill and Other Intangible Assets

Role & Responsibilities:

The candidate will be responsible for all aspects of planning and managing engagements, including data gathering, research, financial analysis, and preparing and/or coordinating complex written and verbal materials, pitch decks, regulatory presentation, transaction execution, financial due-diligence and other merchant banking activities.

The candidate will be working directly with the client and the senior team. As the company continue to grow, the candidates input will be essentialfor technical matters and operational needs.

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Experience of 7-8 years within the core ECM & Valuation group of a leading Merchant Bank.
• Masters degree in Finance - CA/CFA/MBA(Finance)
• Dual Certifications shall be preferred.
• Well versed with applicable SEBI, Income Tax, FEMA Regulations
