Intellectual Capital HR Consulting Pvt. Ltd. is seeking an experienced ECM professional to lead end-to-end transaction cycles, from mandate to listing on the main board IPOs and secondary fund raising.

The role requires strong SEBI process knowledge, sharp drafting strategies for offer documents, and effective liaison with exchanges. Flexible to travel to client locations and manage regulatory escalations with high ownership and execution discipline.

• Minimum 5+ years of hands-on ECM execution experience.

• Lead the end-to-end ECM transaction lifecycle from mandate to listing for main board IPOs and secondary fund raising
• Drive drafting strategy for offer documents, emphasising disclosure integrity and complex regulatory structuring

• Coordinate multiple stakeholders - legal counsel, auditors, registrars, bankers and the issuer - to defined timelines

Role requirements

strong SEBI process and documentation knowledge across main board, QIP, preferential allotment and open offer; open to travel to client locations; prior leadership experience in merchant banking preferred; high ownership, detail orientation, team handling and execution discipline; high maturity handling regulatory escalations.

Minimum 5+ years of hands-on ECM execution experience.
