Job summary

Intellectual Capital HR Consulting Pvt. Ltd. in Delhi is seeking an experienced ECM executive to lead end-to-end transaction execution for main board IPOs and secondary fundraises.

You will drive drafting strategy for offer documents, coordinate with legal counsel, auditors, registrars and bankers, and ensure regulatory compliance across SEBI processes; open to travel to client locations; a track record in merchant banking and strong ownership are desired.

• Strong SEBI process and documentation knowledge across main board, QIP, preferential allotment and open offer.
• Open to travel to client locations and lead merchant banking engagements.
• High ownership, detail orientation and execution discipline.

Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end ECM transaction lifecycle from mandate to listing for main board IPOs and secondary fund raising.
• Drive drafting strategy for offer documents, emphasising disclosure integrity and complex regulatory structuring.
• Spearhead SEBI and exchange liaison; handle regulatory queries and escalations.
• Coordinate multiple stakeholders - legal counsel, auditors, registrars, bankers and the issuer - to defined timelines.
• Ensure all transaction activities complete within defined timelines.

Role requirements

Minimum 5+ years of hands-on ECM execution experience.
