Job summary

Intellectual Capital HR Consulting Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a senior professional with 7–8 years of experience in Equity Capital Market (ECM) and valuation. The role involves handling IPOs, rights issues, QIP, open offers, buybacks, and delisting procedures, along with regulatory analysis.

The candidate will plan and manage engagements, gather data, perform financial analysis, and prepare pitch decks and regulatory presentations, coordinating transaction execution with the senior team and clients.

Qualifications

• Experience of 7-8 years within the core ECM & Valuation group of a leading Merchant Bank.
• Masters degree in Finance - CA/CFA/MBA(Finance).
• Dual Certifications preferred.
• Well versed with SEBI, Income Tax, FEMA Regulations.
• Strong written and verbal communication; ability to deliver on deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Plan and manage engagements, including data gathering, research, financial analysis, and preparing complex materials, pitch decks, regulatory presentation, and transaction execution.
• Work directly with the client and senior team; contribute to technical matters and operational needs as the company grows.

Job description

Head Equity Capital Markets Execution

Candidates should have at least 7-8 years of prior experience in Equity Capital Market (ECM)/Merchant Banking Division, including Valuation related services. The candidate shall have hands on experience of the following areas:

• IPOs/Rights Issue/QIP/Open Offer/ Buyback/ Delisting
• Restructuring Analysis and Examining Financial Statements
• Business/Regulatory/Transaction/ESOP Valuations
• Valuation of Goodwill and Other Intangible Assets

Role & Responsibilities

The candidate will be responsible for all aspects of planning and managing engagements, including data gathering, research, financial analysis, and preparing and/or coordinating complex written and verbal materials, pitch decks, regulatory presentation, transaction execution, financial due-diligence and other merchant banking activities.

The candidate will be working directly with the client and the senior team. As the company continue to grow, the candidates input will be essentialfor technical matters and operational needs.

Qualifications and Requirements
