Intellectual Capital HR Consulting Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a qualified professional for Equity Capital Markets Execution with 3+ years of experience in ECM/merchant banking, including IPOs, rights issues, QIP, open offers, buybacks and delisting.

You will lead data gathering, research, financial analysis, and coordinate complex materials, pitch decks and regulatory presentations while working closely with clients and senior team members to deliver engagements on time.

Formación

• 3+ years experience within the core ECM & Valuation group of a leading Merchant Bank.
• Masters degree in Finance - CA/CFA/MBA(Finance).
• Dual Certifications shall be preferred.
• Well versed with applicable SEBI, Income Tax, FEMA Regulations
• Good quantitative, written, presentation and communication skills.
• Problem solving ability and able to deliver in given timeline

Responsabilidades

• Lead data gathering, research, financial analysis, and preparation and/or coordination of complex materials, pitch decks and regulatory presentations.
• Coordinate transaction execution, financial due-diligence and other merchant banking activities.
• Work directly with the client and the senior team; contribute to technical matters and operational needs.

Equity Capital Markets Execution

Candidates should have at least 3+ years of prior experience in Equity Capital Market (ECM)/Merchant Banking Division, including Valuation related services. The candidate shall have hands on experience of the following areas:

IPOs/Rights Issue/QIP/Open Offer/ Buyback/ Delisting

Restructuring Analysis and Examining Financial Statements

Business/Regulatory/Transaction/ESOP Valuations

Valuation of Goodwill and Other Intangible Assets

Role & Responsibilities:

The candidate will be responsible for all aspects of planning and managing engagements, including data gathering, research, financial analysis, and preparing and/or coordinating complex written and verbal materials, pitch decks, regulatory presentation, transaction execution, financial due-diligence and other merchant banking activities.

The candidate will be working directly with the client and the senior team. As the company continue to grow, the candidates input will be essential for technical matters and operational needs.

Qualifications and Requirements:

Experience of 3+ years within the core ECM & Valuation group of a leading Merchant Bank.

Masters degree in Finance - CA/CFA/MBA(Finance)

Dual Certifications shall be preferred.
