Job summary

i-TEK RFID is seeking a dynamic Head of Customer Engineering & Delivery to own the full lifecycle from pre-sales to go-live and ongoing support. You will lead cross-functional teams, drive program management, and ensure successful enterprise deployments of RFID software and hardware platforms.

The role requires deep experience in enterprise technology delivery, strong stakeholder engagement, and ability to operate in a complex, fast-paced environment across Retail, Manufacturing, and Logistics

Qualifications

About the Role

The Head – Customer Engineering & Delivery will own the end-to-end customer engineering and delivery lifecycle at i-TEK — beginning with pre-sales and techno-functional solutioning, through implementation and deployment, hardware fulfilment and go-live, and continuing through support, adoption and customer success. This is a critical leadership role at the intersection of customers, business, technology, products and execution.

Qualifications

• Engineering degree or equivalent technical qualification.
• Postgraduate management qualification would be an advantage.

Required Skills

• Approximately 20+ years of relevant experience, with significant leadership responsibility.
• Demonstrated experience leading large and diverse customer-facing technology organisations.
• Proven track record delivering complex software and hardware / device-led programs for enterprise customers.
• Experience managing multiple simultaneous customer programs at scale.
• Strong exposure to enterprise software/platform implementations and integrations.
• Experience across the full lifecycle from pre-sales through delivery and support/customer success.
• Experience in Retail Technology, Manufacturing Technology, Supply Chain & Logistics, Enterprise Automation, Industrial IoT, and/or AIDC / RFID would be particularly valuable.
• Direct RFID experience is desirable but not mandatory; strong enterprise technology delivery experience and the ability to understand the domain are more important.
