Senior Manager is responsible for serving as the strategic interface with assigned business units for the purpose of business/IT strategy planning, development, solution discovery, service management, risk management and relationship management.

• Maintains quality service by enforcing quality and customer service standards; analyzing and resolving quality and customer service problems; identifying trends; recommending system improvements.
• Provides leadership, organizational structure and resource management for multiple Engineering teams.
• Provide technical leadership and innovation across all aspects of technology development.
• Provide support and mentoring to technical team leads, including talent and succession planning.
• Lead and manage technical delivery resources.
• Establishes and organizes application development plans aligned with the goals / strategies of the business staffed with appropriately skilled technical resources.
• Plans work for subordinates, monitors performance, and conducts performance appraisals. Interviews and makes recommendations for additional staff. • Masters or bachelor’s in engineering in IT/ Electronics / Communication / Computer Science / Information Systems.
• 15+ years of experience in IT development with a minimum of 5+ years of experience in application design activities.
• Experience in implementing projects leveraging Java, Microservices and cloud implementations i.e AWS / Azure services.
• Min 5+ years of exp in leading multiple Teams.
• Good technical experience in Java, Angular, DevOps and open-source projects.
• Strong understanding of SDLC and Architecture.
• Should be able to work with Architects & TLs and provide input and guidance on best practices and architecture.
• Exposure to Agile / TDD / BDD based development
• Organizational skills with ability to be flexible and work with minimal direction
• Ability to work well independently and in a team environment.
• Troubleshoot bottlenecks and propose changes to fix them.
