Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Civil Project Head with 10-15 years of strong experience in township development and large-scale real estate projects. The candidate will be responsible for overall project planning, execution, coordination, quality control, cost management, and timely completion of civil and infrastructure works.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the complete civil construction and township development project.
• Plan, schedule, and monitor project activities from start to completion.
• Manage development of roads, drainage, water supply, sewerage, electrical infrastructure, landscaping, and other township infrastructure.
• Supervise contractors, subcontractors, consultants, architects, and site teams.
• Ensure projects are completed within approved time, cost, quality, and safety standards.
• Review drawings, BOQs, estimates, specifications, and construction methodologies.
• Monitor project budgets, material consumption, manpower, and resources.
• Coordinate with management, consultants, government authorities, vendors, and contractors.
• Conduct regular site inspections and resolve technical and execution-related issues.
• Ensure proper quality control and compliance with approved specifications.
• Monitor project progress and prepare regular MIS/progress reports for management.
• Identify project risks and take corrective actions to avoid delays and cost overruns.
• Ensure compliance with all applicable construction, safety, and statutory requirements.
• Lead and mentor the civil engineering and project execution team.

Candidate Profile

• 10-15 years of total experience in Civil Construction / Real Estate.
• Strong and mandatory experience in Township Development projects.
• Experience in handling large-scale residential/commercial infrastructure development will be preferred.
• Strong knowledge of civil construction, infrastructure, project planning, and execution.
• Good knowledge of AutoCAD, MS Project/Primavera, MS Excel, BOQ, estimation and project reporting.
• Strong leadership, coordination, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple contractors and large site teams independently.
• Candidates with experience in reputed real estate/construction companies will be preferred.
