Job summary

Responsibilities

• Assist the Project Manager in planning, scheduling, and executing high-rise building projects.
• Supervise site activities to ensure compliance with drawings, specifications, safety standards, and quality guidelines.
• Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors, and subcontractors to resolve technical/site-related issues.
• Monitor daily site progress, prepare progress reports, and escalate deviations to management.
• Ensure timely availability of materials, equipment, and manpower at the site.
• Oversee structural, civil, MEP, and finishing works to maintain quality standards.
• Conduct inspections, verify work as per BOQ/drawings, and ensure snag rectifications.
• Implement health, safety, and environmental practices on-site.
• Track project costs, wastage, and resource utilization to minimize overruns.
• Liaise with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of construction materials.
• Assist in project handover, ensuring snag lists and quality audits are completed.
