Alliance Recruitment Agency in Mumbai is seeking an experienced Senior Bartender for a premium rooftop lounge. You will lead a high-energy bar team, craft exceptional cocktails, and ensure flawless guest service during evenings, weekends, and events.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years of professional bartending experience in top-tier venues, strong knowledge of cocktails, spirits and inventory, plus leadership skills and the ability to work under pressure.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of professional bartending experience in premium venues.

• Hands-on cocktail development and menu creation experience.

Requirements

• Minimum 3–5 years of professional bartending experience, preferably in apremium bar, rooftop lounge, hotel, restaurant, or high-volume nightlifevenue.
• Previous experience in a senior bartender, head bartender, or mixologistrole is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of classic cocktails, modern mixology, spirits, liqueurs,wines, beers, and bar ingredients.
• Hands-on experience with cocktail development and menu creation.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong leadership and team-management abilities.
• Good knowledge of bar inventory, costing, wastage control, and beverageoperations.
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Professional appearance, positive attitude, and strong guest-serviceorientation.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and during special events.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of modern mixology techniques such as infusions, clarification, fatwashing, carbonation, and house-made ingredients.
• Flair bartending skills are an advantage but not mandatory.
• Experience with premium and craft spirits.
• Experience working with POS and inventory systems.
• Strong understanding of beverage costing and cocktail pricing.
• Relevant bartending, hospitality, or mixology certification is an advantage.
