Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve cocktails, mocktails, wines, beer and other beverages per recipes.
• Maintain knowledge of beverage menu, ingredients, preparation methods and service standards.
• Recommend beverages to guests based on preferences with descriptions.
• Ensure consistency in taste, presentation, portioning and quality.
• Maintain cleanliness, hygiene and organisation of the bar and service areas.
• Follow standard recipes, SOPs and responsible alcohol service practices.
• Ensure mise-en-place and availability of bar ingredients before service.
• Monitor stock levels and communicate requirements to the Bar Manager / Supervisor.
• Assist with daily opening and closing procedures of the bar.
• Minimise wastage, breakage and beverage variance through proper handling and inventory practices.
• Maintain proper storage of spirits, wines, garnishes and other bar ingredients.
• Ensure all bar equipment is clean, functional and properly maintained.
• Process guest orders accurately and coordinate with service and kitchen teams.
• Handle guest queries and upscale issues when required.
• Maintain high standards of personal grooming and hygiene.
• Follow all company policies, safety standards and operational SOPs.
