Qualifications

• Mandatory Bar School or Bartending Certification.
• Mandatory minimum age: 21 years.
• Previous experience as a Bar Associate, Bartender, Bar Assistant or Beverage Associate preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages as per standard recipes and presentation guidelines.
• Handle bar operations including mise en place, beverage preparation, service, and closing activities.
• Maintain knowledge of cocktails, mocktails, spirits, wines, and other beverages.
• Ensure responsible and compliant service of alcoholic beverages per company policies and regulations.
• Check guest age before serving alcohol and follow age-verification procedures.
• Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and organization of bar counter, equipment, and storage areas.
• Monitor bar inventory, stock levels, and report shortages or discrepancies.
• Deliver friendly, prompt, and professional service with high guest satisfaction.
• Follow food safety, hygiene, grooming, and workplace safety standards.
• Coordinate with service team, kitchen, bar team, and supervisors for smooth operations.

About the Role:

We are looking for a motivated and service-oriented Bar Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate should have good knowledge of beverages and bar operations, strong customer service skills, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced restaurant environment.

• Monitor bar inventory, stock levels, and consumption and report shortages or discrepancies to the supervisor.


• Deliver friendly, prompt, and professional service while maintaining high guest satisfaction.


• Follow food safety, hygiene, grooming, and workplace safety standards.


• Coordinate effectively with the service team, kitchen, bar team, and supervisors for smooth restaurant operations.

Eligibility & Requirements:

• Mandatory Bar School Certification / Bartending Certification.


• Mandatory minimum age: 21 years plus.


• Previous experience as a Bar Associate, Bartender, Bar Assistant or Beverage Associate in a restaurant, bar, lounge, hotel, or hospitality environment will be preferred.


• Good knowledge of beverages, cocktails, spirits, beer, wine, and bar service.


• Strong communication and guest-handling skills.


• Ability to work in shifts, weekends, and during peak business hours.


• Good grooming, hygiene, teamwork, and customer service orientation.
